I've written a perl client for top-posting, so that those of us who
aren't on swanky Janet connections don't have to download 200K of
message headers to be able to post.

There'll shortly be a sample session at:

It's untidy at the moment - I'll clean it up and add gtk at some point.
It's quite nice to use, in that it keeps a config file with your
name/e-mail, so you just have to write your message.
